We are looking for recipes to be compiled for our 1st Annual Portland YMCA "Boot Camp" cookbook to be released the beginning of April 2008. If you have a recipe that you would like to share for this first addition of our cookbook, please fill out the information below and click submit.

All entries become the property of the YMCA. Each recipe will be tested and selected for inclusion by chef Scott Holt.

If you have any trouble using this form e-mail the info to Deb Reed or deliver your recipe to the Wellness Director by Friday March 21st. Recipes received after this date will not be included.
