Ashtanga Fundamentals
This Asthanga yoga class focuses on deep muscle conditioning and flexibility while blending balance, alignment, breathing, and relaxation. It's a challenging class for the yoga enthusiast.
Kripalu Yoga
Deepen your yoga practice with more in depth pranayama, vinyasa, and holding of challenging asanas.
Pilates / Power Yoga
Relax your mind as you power your way through the lunch hour in this Pilate and Yoga class geared towards the intermediate to advanced yogi. It is the perfect way to rejuvinate your body, mind, and spirit!
Yoga Flow
An intermediate level vinyasa-style workout. You will move through a variety of postures with one pose connecting to the next. This class will strengthen your mind as well as your muscles!
Gentle Yoga
Discover the importance of flexibility and relaxation as this traditional yoga class helps to re-energize your body and mind.
QiGong
A moving holistic system nof self-healing exercise and meditation that can be both the simplest and the hardest to perform
Yoga Practice
2nd and 4th Friday 5pm-6:30pm This is a block of time for people to do their own yoga practice in a group setting. Please note that this activity is not a class and is not lead by an instructor. Ashtanga yoga posture sheets will be available.
Real Men do Yoga
This class is for everyone looking to learn a new exercise discipline through Yoga.

The latin equivalent of swing. It's an easy, sassy, social dance with quick foot, hip, and body action. Helps you to beat the blues while you stay in shape. No dance experience or partner is necessary.
