Angela Wheaton's 'Tri for the Y' on-line training journal debuts today!

Cumberland County YMCA member Angela Wheaton has taken on the duty of being the "designated last place finisher" in our upcoming Tri for the Y event (learn more here). This is Angela's first Triathlon, and she's been training with Beth Birch at our Pineland branch to get prepared and in shape. While she trains, she's keeping a blog that tracks her progress and documents her adventures. Be sure to check back often for updates.
