Golf Conditioning Offered at Portland Branch

For the Winter II session (March 1  - April 12), Jesse Wall will be offering a golf conditioning class every Monday from 5 - 5:45 pm.

If you want to add 50 yards to your drive, accuracy to your short game, or if you just want to shed a few pounds to make the walk along the green a little easier, this is the class for you.  Work on CORE strength, balance, and overall conditioning in the resistance circuit class.

No golf experience is required, and no golf specific skills will be taught.  This is strictly an exercise and conditioning class.  Registration is required.  (Click here to register on-line.)  Only ten spots are available for this seven-week session, so register early.  This class is free to YMCA members and $120 for non-members.
