The Cumberland County YMCA, Swim for yout Heart February 14 & Maine Medical Center's Turning Point Cardiac Rehabilitation program have come together to bring heart awareness to the community.
Please visit one of our branches on February 14th for a swim and free blood pressure readings, cholesterol screenings and the opportunity to talk to a health care professional. Blood pressures will be taken all day long, but cholesterol screening will run at the following times:
Casco Bay: 4:30 - 6:30 pm
Pineland: 8:30 - 9:30 am
Portland: 10:30 am - 12:30 pm
