Volunteers Needed for L.L.Bean 10K Road Race (Sunday, July 4th)

Looking for another chance to volunteer at a fun and exciting racing event? Your help was so appreciated at the Tri for the Y that we wanted to invite you to participate in another event with us.
We need your help to make our annual 10K & Fun Run event a success! Join us on the morning of the 4th at Freeport Town Park for the 33rd annual L.L.Bean 10K and Family Fun Run. All proceeds from this event come back to support the Y's financial assistance commitment for youth programs, such as summer camp. Volunteers receive t-shirts, refreshments and a chance to rub elbows with world class runners.
Volunteer opportunities include:
- Flagger/Traffic Control (adults only please)
- Day of Registration (6:30 am - 7:20 am)
- Park & Race Course Clean-up (9:30 am - 11 am)
- Help hand out water at the finish line
- Help with the Family Fun Run/Walk
