An evenly matched game from the beginning was closed out by some clutch shooting for the Muskrats in the end. There was no dominant scorer for either team as hustle proved to be the scoring threat for both teams. After a 39-29 first half lead by the Muskrats, the Red Bulls had a strong second half matching some tough shots made by the Muskrats. Two huge 3’s from Tom Seekins and one from Sean Foye sealed the deal and closed the doors on any Red Bull comeback.

With a 39-33 lead at the half VTEC was showing signs of another victory. Class Acts moved the ball around, a staple of their offense, and managed to get great paint play from big man CJ Vose. However, there just wasn’t enough firepower to keep up with the inside-outside game of Matt Clement. Four 3’s, two in first half, two in second, and many scoring opportunities down low allowed VTEC to maintain control of the game to the very end. High scorer of the game with 40 points, Clement was the focus and was unstoppable. Extending the lead to double digits with under 8 minutes to play secured the victory for VTEC.
