Hello and welcome to the Casco Bay branch of the Cumberland County YMCA! We hope that you will browse through our website to see the many programs and activities that we have for you and your family.
For your health, we have a wide range of group exercise classes to suit your interests, level, and schedule. Classes range from low impact aerobics to triathlon training – with everything in between.
The annual Casco Bay YMCA ZUMBA FUNDRAISER is the largest, and most energetic, ZUMBA class you will take all year! This two-hour event will be held at the YMCA in our covered Airnasium so yes, we will be outside! We invite you to put together a fun ?snow bunny? outfit i.e. fur, leggings, leg warmers, hats, earmuffs, etc.! This event is directly benefiting our Annual Support Campaign to help us stay true to our mission of never turning anyone away due to inability to pay. So, come out and shake it for a great cause!

Annual Support Campaign
There is no place quite like the Y. We are a vital part of Cumberland County; a welcoming place to learn new skills, connect with others, and access support in times of need. Our unique combination of services enriches the well-being of people of all ages and walks of life. As a nonprofit organization, we never turn anyone away who needs us. We need your financial support to continue to keep that promise.
For sisters Amanda and Kara the Y has provided a place to form valuable family memories and a much needed sense of normalcy. For years, their mother, Dilia, could be found at the Y with her daughters, working out with them or cheering them on in swim team. Tragically, that ended in the summer of 2010 after a heroic seven year battle with cancer. However, thanks to the Y and financial assistance, Amanda, Kara, and their father, Paul, continue to belong at the Y. Through relationships they have deepened with caring adults and teammates at the Y, the family feels a much needed sense of belonging and support. It is through donations to our annual support campaign that the Y is able to support this family and 5,000 other members when in need.
