For your health, we have a wide range of group exercise classes to suit your interests, level, and schedule. Classes range from low impact aerobics to triathlon training – with everything in between.
ZUMBATHON
Join us for our second Annual ZUMBATHON on Saturday, February, 6th (please note date change) at the Pine Tree Academy in Freeport from 6 – 8 pm. We’ll dance the night away for a great cause! Fees are $10 in advance, or $20 at the door and all proceeds support the Y’s financial assistance program. We will be playing all the great ZUMBA tunes and offering light refreshments to keep your energy up. Join old and new friends for an evening of excitement. “Ditch the Workout, Join the Party!”
