Do you have a new baby in your house? Are you ready to get out and exercise and meet new parents like you? Join other new parents and their children on Mondays for a group exercise class where you bring your baby and workout together. A great way to get back into shape and to meet new parents like you.
Children’s Yoga
Date: January 7th – Febuary 25th (No Class February 18th)
Days: Thursdays

Ages: 3-5 year olds

In Children’s Yoga, kids will have the opportunity to exercise while learning and having fun. Classes will focus on stretching, yoga postures and focused quiet time. Each class includes an interactive story where children use yoga and their imagination to become part of the story! Children will develop skills in balance, strength, focus and listening in this relaxed, fun class.
Creative Movement Class
Dates: March 4th – April 15th
Days: Thursday
Times: 10:30 am – 11:15 am
Ages: 3-5 yr olds

We are once again excited to offer a class just for the little ones as we encourage them to explore their imaginations and enhance their motor skills. We have an experienced dance instructor for this session who will work with our “tiny dancers” as they discover what their minds and bodies are capable of. This class is for members and has limited space, so sign up early!
Girls’ Work-Out Group
Dates: January 5 – June 12
Days: Tuesday and Thursday
Times: 3:15 pm - 4:15 pm pm
Ages: Girls age 12 - 17 years old

This is a fun class for girls looking for something fun to do as the weather gets colder. Join Kelsey as she takes the girls through a group exercise class specifically designed with them in mind. This is a fun, interactive, non-competitive class for all the participants.
Boys’ Beginner Weight Training
Dates: Winter I: January 5 – February 27
Winter II: March 2 – April 18
Days: Tuesday and Thursday
Times: 3:15 pm - 4:15 pm
Ages: Middle School Boys

Minimum 4; Maximum 10.
This is a class for boys looking for something fun to do after school during the winter months. Join Fred as he introduces a variety of fitness activities ranging from spinning to weight lifting. This is a fun, interactive and non-competitive class for all participants.
Youth Martial Arts
Dates: Winter I: January 9 – February 20
Winter II: March 6 – April 17
Days: Saturdays
Times: 8:30 am - 9:20 am or 9:30 am - 10:20 am
Ages: 6 – 10 years of age
Fees: Family Members: $15; Youth Members: $45
