Learn techniques in order to produce beautiful watercolor paintings. Diana Hertz, a professional watercolorist, is volunteering to teach this program. Check out her website: www.dianahertz.com. Materials needed for class may total approximately $25-$30. A list will be supplied prior to the first class.
