Movie Nights!

The Casco Bay Y will host its Family Movie Night Series again this summer, with four movies shown on selected Thursday nights this summer and fall. Family movie night is free and open to the community, so bring your lawn chairs or your blankets on September 16 and enjoy family favorites outdoors in the Y's airnasium. Or, on August 12 jump into one of our inner tubes and float through the scenes of your favorite underwater movie in the Y's own pools.

Senior Trips

Trips and dates yet to be determined.  Call the Casco Bay Branch for more information.  Registration will be limited to members until a specific date, after which the trip will be open to non-members until full. 

Healthy Luncheon Series

Day:   First Thursday of every other month
Time:   12:30 pm – 1:30 pm
Ages:   High school and up
Fee:   $6.00
Non-members welcome!  Pre-registration required.
Maximum 25.

Marsea Spiegel, Holistic Health Care Practitioner and Nutritional Health Specialist, will continue with her Lunch and Learn program. Join her for a nutritious lunch and interactive nutritional discussion. There will be a different theme each month.
