The Greater Portland YMCA's Wellness Center offers fitness pursuit’s balance through many facets of exercise. The facility prides itself in making exercise and the pursuit of better health, accessible to all levels whether it is free weight training or resistance programs using top of the line Cybex machines, or flexibility and balance conditioning tools like the BOSU, bands, and stability balls.
Our many Group Fitness classes are available seven days a week and you do not need to register for them. The Trainers and Instructors at the Greater Portland YMCA look forward to meeting all exercisers and helping them along their personal fitness path.
Members should know that Cycle and Sculpt has begun again. Our Fall Specialty Classes are Mother/Daughter Self Defense, Slope Style Conditioning, Qigong and TaiChi, all start in NOV. Also
