Aquatics

The Cumberland County YMCA is dedicated to providing aquatics programs (swim lessons, recreational swimming, and aquatic fitness programs) for people of all ages, abilities, skill levels, and interests. Our three branches are home to five pools, two swim teams, xxx instructors, and over twenty separate programs, including fitness programs designed specifically for mothers-to-be and people with arthritis. We offer swim lessons for people of all ages -- toddlers to seniors -- and are committed to providing an environment where everyone can enjoy safe, fun, and healthy aquatic activities.
