Over 25 group exercise classes are offered each week at the Greater Portland branch. All group exercise classes are free for members and registration is not required. We have classes for everyone and for all fitness types. Check the list below and find the class that is right for you!

New! Adult Intro to Dance/Movement

Date:  September 10 - October 21
Day:   Thursday
Time:  11:00 am - 12:00 pm
Ages:  Adults
Fee:   No fee for members

This class is just for adults to learn the introduction to ballet and other dance movement techniques. Get ready to have fun while dancing! 

Walk for Life

Date:  July 13 - August 24
Day:   Tuesday
Time:   9:30 - 10:30 am or 5:30 - 6:30 pm
Ages:   High School and Up
Fee:   Free
Members Only

Join us for walks around Portland.  Get to know your city better!  Keep a journal of how far you walk each week.  It is easy to use the Map Your Walk website.  This site is fun and easy to use to determine your distance, learn a new route, or use an existing one.  Give it a try for a super way to keep yourself motivated and your walking/running journal filled out.  

Prenatal Water Aerobics

Designed for before and during pregnancy, this class will reward you with incredible wellness benefits for you and your baby.  Safe exercise during pregnancy increases flexablity, improves recovery after childbirth, and improves emotional well-being.  Both land and water will be used.  Instructor:  Nancy Charlebois, PT, MT
