This fiercely engergetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi, and Muay Thai. NEW! Golf Conditioning

If you want to add 50 yards to your drive, accuracy to your short game, or if you just want to shed a few pounds to make the walk along the green a little easier, this is the class for you. Work on CORE strength, balance, and overall conditioning in the resistance circuit class. No golf experience is required, and no golf specific skills will be taught. This is strictly an exercise and conditioning class. Only ten spots are available for this seven-week session, so register early. Instructor: Jesse Wall.
YMCA Prenatal Water Aerobics

Current research has shown that regular exercise has many positive benefits for mother and baby. A highly qualified practitioner can give valuable guidance in the safe exercise prescription for the prenatal and postpartum year. This class will focus on cardiovascular fitness, general musculoskeletal health, and strength building within each participants' fitness level while promoting a healthy pregnancy. YMCA Group cycling is a non-impact, individually paced cardiovascular workout on specially designed stationary bikes manufactured by LeMond Fitness with personal computers on each. Cycling is the most comprehensive mental and physical training program developed and led by extensively trained and certified instructors. Inspirational music and a non-competitive environment ensure a fun, safe, effective experience for all participants and fitness levels.
