CPR and First Aid Certification

Dates:

March 28th (Sunday):  CPR  1:30 - 4:30 pm
March 30th (Tuesday):  First Aid  1:30 - 4:30 pm
April 25th (Sunday): First Aid  1:30 - 4:30 pm
April 27th (Tuesday):  CPR 1:30 - 4:30 pm

Cost: $20 YMCA member/$45 non-YMCA member

Healthy Lecture Series

Join the Wellness Director twice a month on a trip to the Forest Ave. and/or Scarborough for Hannafords Healthy Lecture Series lectures. You will walk away with a wealth of knowledge and some special goodies. Call the Wellness Director at 874-1111 ext.112 for schedule.
